Sunray Sportswear a Japanese sportswear collection by way of Newquay, Cornwall.  All jersey is knitted on an antique loop wheel machine that only produces 1m of jersey an hour, knitting in a tube meaning no side seams and no tension so they won't twist.  Produced in a factory based Miyazaki, Japan, and has been manufacturing since 1928 who once made uniforms for the Imperial Palace.  Each piece is shipped in a biodegradable bag.
